Our Team

As a Center for Independent Living, BAIN INC champions independent living for everyone in our area. We’re made up of a diverse group, including people with disabilities, parents of disabled individuals, and leaders from advocacy groups and both public and private service agencies.

OUr BOARD

The Board of Directors for BAIN Inc.’s Center For Independent Living plays a crucial role in the organization’s success. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, financial stewardship, and ensuring the Center remains consumer-controlled, with a majority of board members being people with significant disabilities themselves. This governance structure is vital for upholding the independent living philosophy, which prioritizes self-determination, peer support, and advocacy to empower individuals with disabilities within their communities.
