Executive Assistant – Full Time 

BAIN, Inc. Center for Independent Living is seeking a highly organized, professional, and dedicated Full-Time Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Executive Director. This unique and impactful role focuses on both traditional administrative duties and specialized operational support, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Office Assistant – Full Time 

The Office Assistant is the front-line administrative and information support role for Bainbridge Advocacy Individual Network (BAIN), Inc., a Center for Independent Living. This position provides front desk coverage, phone reception, and basic Information & Referral (I&R) support while maintaining a welcoming, accessible office environment. The Office Assistant also supports daily administrative operations and assists staff and the Board of Directors to ensure smooth, responsive service delivery. 

Independent Living (IL) Specialist Bainbridge – Full Time 

The Independent Living Specialist provides direct Independent Living core services to individuals with disabilities, supporting consumer choice, self-determination, and community inclusion in the primary 11 county service area. This position works directly with consumers, staff, and community partners to deliver services, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with program and funding requirements in alignment with Independent Living philosophy.

(2 open positions) Independent Living (IL) Specialist Expansion — Full-Time The Independent Living (IL) Specialist provides Independent Living core services in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act and the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) Independent Living Expansion Contract in Southwest Georgia. This role promotes independence, community integration, self-sufficiency, and consumer-directed decision-making for individuals with disabilities. 

Independent Living (IL) Specialist Expansion — Part-Time 

P2P Instructor / Coordinator – Full-Time 

The P2P Instructor / Coordinator is a grant-funded, allowable personnel position responsible for overseeing and delivering Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) through the P2P Pathways to Dreams and Bridging the Gap programs. This position provides direct Pre-ETS instruction, coordinates partnerships with school systems and vocational rehabilitation staff, and ensures program implementation, data collection, and reporting are compliant with GVRA requirements. The role also provides instructional leadership and supervision to the P2P Peer Support Mentor and supports positive transition outcomes for youth. 

P2P Peer Support Mentor – Full-Time  The P2P Peer Support Mentor is an allowable personnel position under Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). The Mentor supports youth with disabilities through peer-based mentoring, classroom team teaching, and transition-focused activities aligned with the five required Pre-ETS services.
